"Just think happy thoughts, and they lift you into the air!"

So as Peter Pan says, "Just think happy thoughts. And they lift you into the air."

Several months ago, I was just having bad days and I was in a bad mood a lot it seemed. I thought, "I need a pick me up every now and then." My solution: Happy Thoughts Book!








I made a happy thoughts book. I carry it with me everywhere. If I think of something that makes me happy, I write it down. Then If I'm having a bad day or I'm sad or something...I whip out my happy thoughts book and I laugh. And TA DA! I'm happy! I challenge you to make one.
A few of my friends have already started. It's a good idea I think. And its fun. Share with friends!
