Random Update

Update on my life:

My sister is engaged! For real this time.
Remember the post where I lied on the radio so Laura Bedore would play the song I wanted? And I said that my sister got engaged? Well she didn't then, but now she is!!!
I get a new brother and he's fun to tease. Which is a good thing. And he teases me back so its ok.

This weekend, I'm leaving for Colorado for my Grandpa's funeral. It's going to be FBC (my dad's way of saying Freezing Butt Cold) and we're going to turn into icicles. But lucky for me I found my thermals yesterday, so I'm covered.

Road trips are always fun. Portable DVD players are my best friend, along with Psych and Bones and maybe Peter Pan. Sleeping in cars is always a joy. Especially in the BIG BLUE VAN. Each kid got a whole seat to themselves including the floor in between and a couple in the back. It's really a sad thought that the van doesn't exist anymore. Now we have to lean against the cold windows wrapped in fuzzy blankets and a king size pillow. The best ever.

Today is the 3 year anniversary of a friendship that I cherish. It's hard to believe that 3 years ago I met him. And his friend danced with me instead of him. But you know, now we're friends and its awesome. It makes me really happy.
