As you know, I like to doodle. September Seventeenth is my favorite day of the whole year. 2 reasons. 

1. September is my favorite month.

2. While You Were Sleeping

One of my favorite things to do is write. Mostly in my journals.

Featured above are my family journals. I took up the hobby/habit of writing letters to my future husband, daughters, and children. 

When I'm bored, I write to my husband. I tell him about me as a silly teenage girl. I've found this to be very useful to me, but also to him. I can tell him things about me, I can tell him what I like, how I like to be treated, and things that I feel. It's so much fun. I can't wait to hand this over to him and watch him read it. 

I tell my children things like how to be a good friend, how to love their family and siblings, and experiences I have so they know I've been where they will be. Someday. When they actually exist. My future children are my motivation. I love them. My patriarchal blessing talks about my future family and I love it. It's super cool what I've been blessed with.
